Data Deletion Request

No account required. Wissam does not require login or registration, so there is no user account to delete. The sections below explain what data exists and the fastest way to remove it.

What data exists and how to delete it

1. Data stored on your device (scores, preferences)

High scores, language preference, and supporter status are stored locally on your device only — they are never sent to a server.

How to delete: Uninstall the Wissam app. All local data is permanently removed.

2. Anonymous analytics (Firebase)

The app sends anonymous usage events (e.g., "game started", "game completed") to Firebase Analytics. This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be traced back to an individual.

How to stop collection: Uninstalling the app stops all further collection. You can also opt out of analytics-based advertising in your device settings (see step 3).

3. Advertising data (Google AdMob)

If you watched a rewarded ad, AdMob may have used your device's advertising identifier (called the Google Advertising ID on Android, or IDFA on iPhone) for ad measurement and personalization.

How to reset or delete:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID
iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
